Rafael and Alex did an awesome job today replacing a damper on my unit. They were very courteous, personable and answered all my questions. They completed the job quickly and didn't leave a mess.

We had our HVAC Unit worked on last week by Zavier and we just wanted to say what a great job he did for us and how friendly and knowledgeable he is. We appreciate the great work he did for us and would like to let Airtron know how much we appreciate him.

We have had multiple problems with Airtron.. all last year they gave us the run around when our a/c coil had a leak. They were finally able to bring us one a week later however the next two coils also had leaks, however thankfully the last one was in a place the tech believed he could fix it. I had to get my home builder involved because they did not want to refund us for the cost of hotels we had to stay in because they neglected to find the problem three times before that, they said that I should have asked for permission ... read more

Our air conditioner decided to go out with temperatures in the low 100's. We called Airtron around 7:00 pm on 8/2/11. They said they would send someone out that night for $120. Brandon showed up at 9:00 pm. He found the problem and had it fixed in around 10 minutes. Bad compacitor. Total bill, $308. Even charged me less for the service call. I would recommend them to anyone. I called around 15 companies and they were the only one that would come out the same night. Very impressed.

Do not use!!! – I hate this company. The only reason I have anything to do with them is they are the vendor my homeowner warranty uses. They never show up on time and the scheduling people have made repeated mistakes with the scheduling. I have had techs refuse to do any kind of service becuase they were not the "warranty tech". Then why were they sent out to a warranty call? I would NEVER do business with them if I had a choice!!!!

Not necessarily good service always – I can not give Airtron any good rating. I purchased a brand new house in 2008. They were the contractor that warrantied the AC unit. In July they had to be called out because the unit was not cooling. The first tech said he fixed the problem. I had to call back two days later. The answering service told me they could not send anyone right away, so I had to wait another two days. I live out of state(NC), have a rental home in Red Oak, TX I called them for a issue with air conditioning and they gave me appointment for Noon, but got there only at 10PM.
