They are the worst! They would not refund our money with covid and held vouchers and then upcharged us for the change in flights...because that is THEIR policy!We are now home from our travels so they can't do any more damage but I want everyone to know how unprofessional they are. Even the KLM agent tried to help us but couldn't overrided AirTreks!

They don’t give full refunds even if airline cancels and even if the airline gives a full refund. Place is a scam.
I booked an around the world flight for the summer back in February for $3000. Coronavirus happened and all my flights were cancelled, and they will only refund me $1,000. Many emails sent back and forth and nothing. I have gotten full refund with other agencies during covid times, and airtreks was the only one that kept my money. Do not purchase tickets through this agency!!

My flights were cancelled during the beginning of the world shutting down. I did not cancel them. Airtreks gave me a refund less $735 of my purchase price with no explanation. I've requested an invoice showing what makes up the $735 they are keeping. Still waiting! I've filed a claim against them with the Federal Transportation Authority. It's ridiculous for us to be out money when the airlines cancelled.
My flight from Capetown to Atlanta was cancelled by the airline AFTER I had not only booked the ticket but also paid a change fee. Airtreks.com is REFUSING to let me know how they got a refund amount of $434.90 US on a $1882.65 Ticket! I expect AT LEAST HALF AS they cancelled Half of my flight OR A PROPER EXPLANATION ON HOW THEY GOT TO THAT FIGURE. They took a change fee payment on top of that $1882.64, $2000 worth of payments they want to offer me less than a quarter of what I paid. They did not even offer me half my ticket... read more
