I really appreciate Airtech being able to give me service on the same day. I was having issues with my furnace just the night before & the morning of, so I placed a service request around 12:40 pm & they were able to be at my house around 4 pm. The technician, Justin, took his time to look and check where the issue was so I really commend him for that.

Awesome experience from the beginning to the end. An actual person answered the phone quickly, no long wait or prompts. Technician's arriving was quick. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Repaired my furnace in a timely manner.

Great service from Airtech Mechanical! They were able to quickly schedule us for complete replacement of condensate pump tubing that over many years became completely blocked with sediment. Devin was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He kindly answered all of our questions. Our condensate pump is working again, and we learned how to take care of our system in the future! Thanks, Devin!!

Devin has been on time and he's very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, I'm warm tonight! I have a furnace care program that covered the repair, so I don't know what the cost would have been without the program.
