The reason for rate is because too many different ones from DTE that are contract from DTE and Airtech Mechanical Heating & Cooling saying three different things. Valve needs to be updated and furnace has carbon dioxide and gas leak. Am disabled and low income can't afford what they are asking me. My Utilities Company send another American Standard. We had our annual maintenance completed. Corbin was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered our questions thoroughly and made sure everything worked properly. He took his time to ensure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Richard came out and fixed my AC unit today, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I placed the service call this morning, and by noon he had already arrived at my house and had my air conditioning back up and running. He even took the time to leave and pick up the proper part needed for the repair and returned to finish the job right away. I was very impressed with my first experience with your company. The technician was early, he was very quick to determine what the problem was and was able to fix it. He then gave very good maintenance tips on keeping my furnace and air conditioner running efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Our AC went out during the extreme heat in early July, and after calling MANY companies that were scheduling weeks out, we were so thankful to find Airtech Mechanical Heating and Cooling. They were able to send a technician out the very next day to diagnose the problem. Our unit was older, and we were prepared for the worst. It was leaking refrigerant and used R-22, which is becoming increasingly difficult and expensive to replace. The technician took the time to explain all of our options.
