Nancy was very friendly and very helpful accomodating me and my schedule, and getting me in as quickly as possible. Nancy told me that a technician would be coming after 2pm, and if that was not possible, I would be notified and then reschedule. At 2:15 I got a call from Tyler, telling me that he was on his way. Dan came out for an inspection of our air conditioning systems. He was prompt and professional. He explained his findings and recommendations. He was extremely careful not to damage our home or outside garden area.
