In 1994 I used Airtech to convert my house with window units to central air. They did a good job and I never even made a service call until 21 years later when my system needed to be replaced. I had to redo the entire duct work system too because rats had gotten to it. Didn't get any city rebates they said it was a hassle & they charged me equal to what I'd get back. Fair enough.
