My 80+ father's AC in his rental apartment would not go on after trying everything we tried. The management company called Air Tech. We received a call back from Air Tech and the lady gave us a 2 hour window. I told her its already 86 in his house. She said I will try to get someone out ASAP. My dad received a call back that a Tech would be there in 20 minutes. WOW! He fixed the glitch in the control panel and was very nice to my elderly father. Thank you Airtech for 5 star customer service.
I believe these higher ratings come from the previous company before they were sold to Ambient Edge. This company is unreliable, has poor customer service and does not communicate well with thei customers. They don't show up when they promised and seem more about quantity then quality. So disappointed!
