We had Josh come out and give us a few different estimates for the front, sides and also the entire house. Before he felt that day he explained everything. We decided to go with the entire house because of the discounted rate by having installed more than 2 sides. We were very happy with the gemstone offering. Airstream provided great service. They were able to schedule and complete the job within one week which is amazing. In addition, the finished job was beautifully done with no trace that there was even work done. They put in a specialty electrical plug. It was done very professionally. All mess made was completely cleaned up. Highly recommend this company.

My breaker for my HVAC system caught on fire and I was lucky in that I found it immediately and put out the fire although the fire department responded and spent a lot of time insuring my home was safe. But I had no heat and a system that needed help. Airstream and tech- Austin responded immediately. Austin was knowledgeable and professional and replaced the breaker with a safer product having found out the original installation was cheap and faulty in my so-called high- end new subdivision at Caroline Farms. I’ve used them a couple times when we’ve had A/C and heating issues and they were great then. This time we used their plumbing services and they were excellent at that too. They were on time. Quick. Very clearly did not try and upsell me on something I didn’t need (like a new part or an entirely new water heater).

Airstream Services provided me with excellent and superior electrical service. Starting with Raven who listened to my concerns and made an appointment time that was convenient to me and connected me with the technician I requested. Before the service call, I received a text that they were on the way. A short time later, I received another text that the technician was here providing me with assurance who was at the door.
