AirStar was recommended to me by my co worker, who used them at her subway locations. I've personally have had 2 interactions with them and the workers have always been very pleasant. They came to look at our old dino ice machine, which we ended up replacing the next day. I called them the day we got a new machine to see if they could hardwire a 500lb ice machine for us, and he sent a crew out that same afternoon and got the job completed safety. We will definitely be using them for any future services need. Thanks again!

In May of 2022 I called AirStar for service to our walk in freezer. I talked to Matt and he sent a tech to our store the same day. The tech found our thermostat needed replacing and our unit needed cleaning. All of that was done before a phone call to me was made. The repair wasn't authorized but I paid for the service thinking that's what was needed, $656.00 to repair and clean (replace thermostat and clean the unit).
