Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was in our community at a friend's house. We asked if he had time to look at ours for a second opinion. He came and explained everything very well to us. Ours had high head pressure. He cleaned the fins to knock the pressure down 40 points. But it was still too high. We looked up the problem. It could start on fire. The unit was 16 years old. Do not recommend. This company caused damage to my property during their work, including my door and a bed set that I am still paying for. When I pointed this out, instead of taking responsibility, they became unprofessional and defensive. They then escalated the situation by complaining to the apartment office in an apparent attempt to have me removed from the unit so they could continue their work without accountability. They failed to inform management that the real issue was their own behavior and lack of professionalism... read more
Brian was the best. Mom had issues with her new ac. He came out a few times trying to solve. Finely found compressor was faulty. Issue was solved. Highly recommend.

We ’ve had issues with our AC every summer for years now! These guys were the only ones who actually FIXED the problem, and not just temporarily for a couple weeks. Also, as a fellow business owner… I find it a little ridiculous that several of the poor reviews are due to a technicians driving. Google reviews are meant for rating the service & quality of a company, not the driving abilities of a tech. Highly recommend!
