When I first started, I could barely bend over and I could not stand any pressure to be pushed into any part of my back or hips. I would scream out in pain when turning over in bed in the middle of the night. It took me 30 minutes just to get out of bed each morning because of the pain. I was only able to walk my dog.around the block. I'm now walking five miles a day and am able to do water aerobics, and turn when asleep an without any pain. I came back to Dr. Story from my last visit, six years ago because I sprained my left ankle (new injury). I was concerned because all of the swelling had gone down but in a certain area it looked I had a softball size of puffiness (fluid) in the ankle. Between the massages and the exercises, I saw improvement after each visit. Today was my last visit (3 sessions) and my ankle is back to normal and no pain. It's a little tender in one spot but I know what to do to relieve the tenderness. Dr. Story and his staff are amazing!
I went to the Airrosti clinic in Pearland for treatment of a frozen shoulder, and Dr. Gomez was excellent. She took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and what to expect from the treatment. During each session, she worked on improving the mobility of my shoulder and also provided effective exercises for me to do at home. Thanks to her care and guidance, I’ve already noticed a big difference in my range of motion. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of quality, hands-on treatment.

Dr. Gomez was great! She took the time each visit to walk through the “how and why” I was having the pain in my back and really broke it down on how the exercises she prescribed would help. Knowing the “why” absolutely made the difference to my recovery. If you haven’t thought about Airrosti being a solution to pain management, give it a try. It helps!
