Dr McHale is the best. Full of useful information and encouragement for when recovery appears slow! Thanks to the Rosti treatments, my life is better, injury free and I can breathe in positions I couldn't before.
I’ve been to physical therapists and chiropractors before who seemed to thrive on keeping me in the dark and coming back endlessly. Hope McHale set clear expectations that if I do my stretches at home, combined with her treatment, I should have lasting relief after 3-4 visits. Wow! What clarity and accountability! I'm grateful to have received what I needed to relieve my pain. I was taught exercises to help me strengthen and improve my posture to prevent the pain from continuing. I appreciate how they took the time to listen with patience and kindness, reminding me how stress can play a role in creating additional tension. I realize these new exercises will need to be my homework for life, but I feel more hopeful now because I learned what I can do to help reverse it. Thank You!
Dr McHale is a game changer! I've been to chiropractors before, and where you go in with a problem and they just do a quick "adjustment" to get you in an out...but they never actually help fix the problem. That changed with Dr McHale!
