Dr. Pappas is amazing. I’ve seen him over the years for 3 different injuries and he always provides the highest quality of care. i came in with SI joint-ish pain in my left side, after two sessions felt zero relief. cancelled my third session, and i booked a deep tissue massage instead. i stopped doing the 30 minutes of PT exercises they gave me to do twice a day and instead just tried to limit activity to what felt "right" to me and i started to feel better in about a week. everyone was friendly and professional, just seemed like a lot of time and energy to drive there and do the at home exercises for non-noticeable benefit. i think like with most PT... read more
