This team is the absolute truth! I have been everywhere and in between had every kind of treatment you can think of massages , Rolfing, physical therapy, alll of it nothing worked and no one could figure it out until I came here. If you have pain please give this place a chance and watch them work their magic. This is the first time I have not felt pain in my shoulders since 2019! They deserve a million stars
Visited for a few months about knee issues, and I left with a greater understanding of muscle tension and how the tendons and ligaments worked in my leg. After a lot of small exercises over this time period, my knee and leg are a bit stronger, and I'm more educated about how the muscles and tendons and ligaments work.
