At the initial exam, Dr Stan identified 3 likely causes of my elbow pain; treated those muscle knotted areas and had Meghan show me how to do exercises with a lacrosse ball at home. A decades old injury and poor desk posture were aggravating things and causing tingling in my elbow and wrist. I was discharged after 3 visits with relief, a great plan, new awareness and healthy habits. Stan and Meghan are awesome and a great team!
