Admittedly I was skeptical going in as I ’ve dealt with chronic shoulder pain for years and nothing else had worked. Great practice, they work to fix the source of pain giving you exercises to do at home instead of just having you come back multiple times/week, week after week. They helped me in just a few visits and now I have a long term plan on how to avoid the problem in the future.
