So insanely happy and appreciative of the service from Paul. Radiator decided to play up while i was quite far from home. I brought it to the shop in hopes they would be able to help out. Ended up being worse than i was expecting but Paul was able to replace it the same day. He even went into great detail explaining the radiator and what to look out for for future reference. Which as a car clueless girl i cannot be more appreciative of
Completely exceeded service expectations replacing coolant hoses and avoiding any potential damage to older radiator connection points. Recommended and used genuine BMW OEM parts, and ended up charging less than quoted due to less labor that was required as the job was quicker. Friendly service, highly recommended!

Horrible experience with Angelo at this shop. I clearly requested a quote before any work was done, but he completely ignored that and replaced my battery without my approval, then charged me $320. When I politely asked for a price breakdown and whether the high labor cost could be adjusted, Angelo became extremely aggressive, yelled at me over the phone, and even insulted me as a "poor customer."
