Last year Airprompt installed a new 3 ton HVAC unit. The installation was prompt and complete. John worked with us to ensure that we not only were provided with excellent service but also that we thought of all items we needed included in the installation. This was our one-year inspection after the original install. We were provided with a detailed list of checks and the status of each; all for free. David Laine technician arrived well within the assigned time window and we communicated well. He did a great job and also replaced four of our a/c filters inside the home. He is a true professional! Thank you. CJ was very helpful in getting our new WiFi thermostat installed and set up. We are good to go! Thank you!
