The lady in the office is super nice, BUT IF you rent multiple units from them and your payment is late on one of them you are denied access to all of your units until its paid. So if one has a lien placed on it and set for auction they will auction all of your units even if other units are paid up to date.
Best storage in South Salem. The property is well maintained. The manager is helpful and pleasant.

I appreciate rhe location and communication with using this location. The auto features are great and having both gates working again is a blessing.
Brenda is sokind and patient with me. I was an absolute mess trying to get everything moved into storage in a short period of time. She was so helpful answering my questions allowing me to take al thetime I needed. I even locked myself out th FiRST day ( make more work and longer day. She did all this for me and didnt even know I had just suffered from a traumatic brain injury. Best syoragein town with the BEST staff.
