Me and my boyfriend Terry have two units here. They are the biggest ones that they offer. They are very clean and the people there are very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility if you have stuff that you need to store. The gate locks at night and I feel very confident that my belongings are safe. I have rented that other facilities before but I really feel that this is the best one hot springs has to offer.
I just started with Hot Springs Self Storage this morning. But im very impressed & facts are facts. Very clean, simple, basic....Excellent, fast phone answering...Excellent customer service, with Stephanie & Cheyenne...Both of them crazy helpful & friendly,...Facilities open 18 hours a day. Excellent location...Just far away from Hot Springs to avoid the high theft rate. No hidden fees...$ 10 registration, 9 a month insurance, 39 a month for 5 by 10. But wait, they are giving me 75% off, first 2 months! Im pretty happy right... read more

I have rented several storage units, but this one is the best yet . The manager Stephanie is awesome, highly recommend this place if you are looking for a safe space to put your furniture etc…
