I have rented from a few different locations in Hot Springs and I feel safe going to my storage unit at night and my belongings are secure at Hot Springs Self Storage. The workers are friendly, always willing to help and there almost every single time I go. It is clean and I have NEVER found a bug in my unit. I would not hesitate to open another unit if I needed to.
