I recently brought my car to Airport Road Auto Body and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the work, but especially their customer service! They made sure a car rental was ready for me and when the labor took longer than expected, they contacted the rental company to extend the rental. They also returned my car sparkling clean! Everyone was pleasant and always had a smile. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers.

Started by chatting with Tony, Jr. then Alex took over. Seamless process, beautiful facility and incredible work. Only authorized Tesla body shop in Hartford county and they take their work to heart. Alex kept me up to date on progress and delivered when promised. And the detailing (and battery charging) they do ahead of pickup made it feel like the car was just out of the showroom. Highly recommend!

John at Airport Road Auto Body was really great! The repair work was quality and they kept me updated throughout the way. My Mini Cooper looks brand new after being T-boned and having extensive damage to the drivers side. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality body work!
