They accepted the estimate from my insurance co. by email, ordered the parts, called me after ordering to let me know when all would be ready on their end so we could schedule a day good for me. Dropped my car off, picked it up on the day he said (on time) and they had even washed it and detailed the car interior. Fabulous. I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years, but after being charged $1331 plus tax for brakes, they lost a customer! What a ripoff, I will start using local shops from now on. They’re not exactly compassionate or pleasant either! I’m done !

RecommendedI recently brought my car to Airport Road Auto Body and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the work, but especially their customer service! They made sure a car rental was ready for me and when the labor took longer than expected, they contacted the rental company to extend the rental. They also returned my car sparkling clean! Everyone was pleasant and always had a smile. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers.
Great work and even better people! Highly recommend!
