Dr. Bell and his team are the best in Hot Springs. He saved my dog after she has complications after surgery. Dr. Bell went above and beyond. He took her home with him and watched her and when she took a turn for the worst he called me immediately and went back to the clinic and performed emergency surgery on her. After 3 hrs he called and said she made it! He was up most of the night caring for her and back at the clinic with her 1st thing in the morning.
