We have done business here before and it was excellent. We came back in for an anniversary ring and forgot to ask about a Veteran discount. The owner and employees were so wonderful to accommodate us and update the receipt to include the discount, where other places would’ve said no. All Veterans should come and be well taken care of!

Came in with my mother ( my mother has dementia and Parkinson's disease) on 1/5/2024. Initial experience was average, average customer service. When it came to showing jewelry, my mother did the talking and she has a difficult time speaking, so he started to smirk which upset myself and my mom. He did not evaluate the items professionally, he just looked at it and didn't even use the eye piece to look at the diamonds.
