Incompetent and stupid doesn't even come close to describing the moron working the parts dept. The two land whales at the cashier both are equally useless. Call ahead with p/n and Vin, they claim to have parts in stock. After driving down and paying for the part, the cashier says it has to be brought in from a warehouse.
