I had such a positive experience with this counseling service. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and genuinely passionate about helping others. I felt supported and cared for, and their guidance helped me tremendously. I’m very grateful.
First, I’d like to say if I could give less than Star I would. I went and filled out. The intake form and was supposed to get a callback on Monday. it took a lot of courage to open up and even try counseling. Where was my callback? Where was my kindness help and compassion. It’s only common courtesy if you cannot help somebody at least call and let them know this place really has disappointed me and let me down. If anyone out there needs any kind of therapy. Please do not go here find a place that cares.❤️
Just booking an appointment is a nightmare there. Forget about this place.
UPDATE: this place is the absolute worst. i tried 2 therapists here and they were both unhelpful and cold people. I cancelled and it’s been months and they are still billing me. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. There are times in life we are desperate for support, but believe me you won’t find it here. I’ve been disappointed with the intake, the therapists, the office policies, and now i’m being billed in spite of canceling and giving adequate notice.
