Just booking an appointment is a nightmare there. Forget about this place.
UPDATE: this place is the absolute worst. i tried 2 therapists here and they were both unhelpful and cold people. I cancelled and it’s been months and they are still billing me. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. There are times in life we are desperate for support, but believe me you won’t find it here. I’ve been disappointed with the intake, the therapists, the office policies, and now i’m being billed in spite of canceling and giving adequate notice. This place is the worst. You will call and they tell you you need to do a 30 dollar intake session before you can receive therapy. They conduct a very invasive intake session with rapid fire questions then what they do is place you on a waitlist. The questions they ask you during the intake made me feel so uncomfortable and they shouldn’t expect people to share like this when trust hasn’t even been built.
