RecommendedOver all a good experience, wish I had been made aware the MKC didn’t have HD radio . If I had know I would’ve looked harder at the 16 Edge Titanium and not bought the MKC. But I suppose nothing can be done about that now .
We have bought two new Escapes there in the past year. Doug Maxwell was my salesman in both purchases. My wife has had her’s for almost a year. She is approaching 3,000 miles. The guys in the Service Department kidded me about the low mileage when I brought in for an annual Service visit. Been dealing with them since 1972, see no reason to change.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Escape SE from Airport Ford. My last vehicle purchase had been a brand new Ford 18 years ago, and I was leery of buying a used vehicle; but I purchased this SUV with confidence. Bob Winstel was very helpful and patient; he didn't try to steer me toward anything I wasn't interested in, but allowed me to take my time and ask all my questions. I have had good experiences with the service department at Airport Ford; now I'm glad to say I've had a good experience with sales.
