I had a problem with my A/C nobody wanted to fix. Airmen came two days after I called, did an estimate and fixed the problem right on the spot. They were honest, skilled and personable. That was service like you saw in the old days. I am sticking with Airmen from now on.
The airmen specialist was really knowledgeable and including me to examine with him every detail of fixing the issue.
If you are looking for an HONEST company that provides PHENOMENAL service then look no further. My husband and I have been working with Martin and Antoine on an issue with our AC unit that another company caused and they corrected the issue quickly and provided honest feedback. I don't know where to begin because Martin and Antoine were just amazing! First, I have to say that another Heating and Air Conditioning company created the issue. My unit is only a little over a year old and I spent several thousand dollars for this new system. It only took one cold spell to find out my heating may have never been working. I called the original company that did the install and not only could they not figure out the problem, they wanted to charge me what they call a "Level 1" diagnostic charge of $400 on top... read more
