Had a problem with my 2 month old system. Called the office in Ronkonkoma-- a service man, Sean, was here in 15 minutes. Unit had a slight leak. Sean fixed it in 30 minutes. Very professional. Good company to work with.
When my 20 year old a/c died and it was 90 degrees, I was in trouble, Airmax took their time and explained all my options. We installed a great 16 SEER system, I received a PSEG rebate, my energy bills are less. The Airmax crew did a great job, neat, courteous professional - I couldn't ask for more.
Top notch service! From initial contact to free estimate to new unit replacement, this company was great. The installers were very pleasant and cleaned up well after they were done. Highly recommend.
Paid to install wifi thermostats. Never worked. Repeatedly chased. Reported to Honeywell also.
