Dave from Airmaster came out because we thought we were having some trouble with the mini split units but he made sure everything was good to go and showed us how to run them most efficiently and effectively! We got the units installed a few months ago and am so glad that the install came with a year of service included so it was a no brainer to give them a call to check in!
Called AirMaster because my ac stopped working. The culprit was a blockage consisted of dust and debris, that only needed to be flushed out. They made it seemed like I needed their services. I reluctantly agreed to have it done. Charged me $205. Also my air filter had fallen mysteriously in to the bottom of the unit. It could not be remove unless a hole was to be cut out the on the side of the duct to remove the old filter. It will cost more to have this done. I said no to this. I’m just fed up with the whole experience.
A/C started blowing hot air last night and I was able to get a technician out this morning. Matthew was courteous, professional, and thorough while diagnosing and ultimately repairing the unit. I appreciated the text updates and driver GPS when en route that the company provides. Very happy with this service and a functioning A/C in July!
I just moved to Philadelphia recently and found AirMaster by reading reviews, and I’ll say they lived up to the positive reviews I read. Jordan was the tech who serviced my mini splits and he was extremely patient with all my questions and explained everything about my system in a way that I could easily understand. He got my system tuned up and even found an issue with my drain I was unaware of. It was overall an extremely good experience.
