I am new to having a central air unit so I researched companies and decided on air master. I wanted my unit checked. Dave Esterly came out and did the tune up and checked my unit. He was very polite and professional. He answered any questions and gave good advice. I felt he was honest and trustworthy. This will definitely be the company I call for any of my heating and cooling concerns. I highly recommend them especially if Dave is the technician that comes out.
Thank you to Jordan for saving the day! When our HVAC unit went out on a hot summer day, we were lucky to have Jordan be the person to come help. He came in and diagnosed the issue in minutes, did a great job explaining the problem to us and helped us weigh our options. All while being so so friendly and kind. We appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend AirMaster and Jordan!
Jared and Javon were awesome, they helped explain everything about our unit to us. They were able to come in, access the problem, and fix the issue all within 2 hours. Great overall service. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of HVAC repair.
