When you can get ahold of Airloop, they have provided Adequate service. However, getting ahold of them has been absolutely a nightmare. My spouse can call, text, and email over and over for weeks on end with not even a peep in response. It's been so difficult to get ahold of them we've started to look at other options for service. Very disappointing that they've been absolutely horrible to communicate with.

TLDR - If you’re cool with spending $25k to upgrade your heating/AC to end up with a system that doesn’t heat your house above 50 in the winter then being ghosted, call now! We originally contacted Airloop about 3 years ago when we wanted to convert our gas furnace to electric and add AC. We were given a number of options and decided on a higher priced Mitsubishi heat pump with the latest tech.
