Having worked in hospitals all over the US as an RN I’ve had the pleasure of working with numerous flight services. Unfortunately, ALNW is the only service that I would NEVER recommend. Their crews have the largest egos I’ve ever seen in medicine. They treat sending hospital staff (even the MDs) horribly all while spending needless hours at the bedside. How awful! Not impressed! Airlift Northwest (ALNW) chose to terminate the reciprocal agreement between ALNW and Life Flight Network for membership services. This means ALNW will no longer honor Life Flight Network memberships, nor will it allow its members to be covered if transported by Life Flight Network. ALNW made this decision without any input or discussion with Life Flight Network. You need to renegotiate a deal with LifeFlight. You need to take the patients concerns into effect before your pocket book. It's sad you dumped you agreement without even talking with them. Very sad and pathetic.

Airlift Northwest has been a life saver for me and my boys, literally ❤ Both of my pregnancies were pretty rough and I had to be airlifted twice for the first and once for the second. Every time I had to fly I felt safe and secure. The medical team is amazing and they do an outstanding job of helping you stay calm and comfortable durning the flight. I can't thank them enough ❤❤❤
