I am writing this in the sincere hope that the owners of Airlex truly grasps and understands the depth of our disappointment, because this one-star rating isn't giving lightly, but rather after an experience that genuinely left me questioning several aspects of their service. Have tried to get these guys to come and service our compressor that they installed that still has persistent issues. Sawyer came up from Grand Rapids on a moments notice and got it all squared away. These guys are a scam. I'm not sure what happened to their reliability and honesty/customer service.

Actual scammers. Sold me a broken compressor unit they knew was broken. We have a recording of one of their employees stating this fact plainly. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Horrible business people with zero morals.

Worked with them for years. Trying to be a customer with these folks is tough. Incredibly poor communication and service.
