Avoid this company! They're very difficult to deal with and they did not finish the job they were supposed to do. I would've expected better from Centerpoint energy. I was charged $20,000 to put in a central air conditioning system. They didn't finish the job. They left all the vents protruding out of the floor. None of them were fastened down like they're supposed to be. Several of them don't even have the clips to fasten them. What did they do with them? Don't use AIRIC's! Service person showed up 2 months EARLY and although the front desk help apologized kindly enough for the mistake, it very much represents how oblivious they are to a person's life or home. Imagine being the patient in a doctor's office when the furnace guy barges in and just shrugs and starts working - or having the floors waxed in the middle of Court proceedings or hosting a dinner when suddenly someone shows up to replace the windows. Our furnace went out and we needed a new furnace central air. We went through Centerpoint Energy who scheduled Airic's Heating & Air Conditioning to come out. After being here all day, tracking mud all over our basement and leaving cigarette butts in our yard and driveway. They said it was up and running. We hade space heaters on in the house so it was warm. We turned them off and around 7:30pm really noticed it was cold in the house.
