Very good service!
Horrible costumer service! We called in for an exchange of 3 oxygen tanks and when the guy showed up for pick up he said he would come back to drop off the new ones and never came back. we called the airgas company and they refuse to have us talk to manager and told us that if we needed the oxygen tanks to come by and purchase new ones since they couldn't locate the driver who took our oxygen tanks and he was most likely off for the day. We have been calling the company to check in on our Oxygen tanks and no one answers.
There’s absolutely no standardized service. Prices are arbitrary and it seems like the wizard of oz is the general manager. I’ve used Airgas as our main supplier for my welding business’s consumables for years, but the NPC customer service and allergy to any form of resolution means looking elsewhere.
I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have always had a great experience. The team is super friendly and they even changed their weekly order to ensure they have my size argon tank available! Thanks for helping me run my small business!
Always out of co2 tanks. Answer is always “shipment hasn't come in yet” Airgas…that’s what you sell…air and gas…
