In the last week I've went to the Alexandria store on 2 different days during normal operating hours. Both times the door was locked with no one at the front counter. I wish I could give them zero stars

I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. Worst welding supply store I've ever had to deal with!! Been welding for 35 years so that's terrible especially for a nationwide supplier.
