AVOID AIRGARAGE! AirGarage will ticket you even if you have monthly parking and you can't update the license plate because their app and website is broken. They have no customer service phone number. When you email them they send you the same automatic response with instructions that you have already proved don't work.
1 star for how cheap it is. However, homeless people sleep here every night + there is no security + no cameras + beware if you get a ticket, they will try to charge u extra for tickets you didnt get physically. Customer Service not really a thing. Dont monthly park here.
Great spot but odd decision to raise the rates for multi day stays from 12$ to 15$/day.
Recently recieved a $45 ticket (not ppa, air garage) for “improper parking”, no explanation given as to why. Multiple other people that park here recieved the same ticket. Must be a new thing they are trying out, used to be a convenient and nice place to park, not anymore. Find a different garage. !Don’t get a monthly pass here unless you want to be frustratingly nickle and dimed with no recourse.
