Great experience with AirGanic! Patrick, our technician, was friendly, punctual and responsive. One of our bathroom fans broke during cleaning due to normal wear and tear, and Patrick went above and beyond—using his own time to replace it. Thank you, Patrick!!
The service by Patrick and the AirGanic team was good in terms of doing a thorough job and letting us know about the condition of our vents and furnace. A suggestion - if the Airganic team has a reference to the number of vents and returns in the home from their previous visit, it makes the job for the current team a lot easier to go about their job, instead of is trying to locate the vents all over the House.
Patrick and his team did an excellent job with our recent duct cleaning service. They communicated throughout the process and work diligently while being respectful of our new home. We had an issue come up with our furnace after the cleaning and Patrick quickly came back out and was able to solve the problem for us. We appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend AirGanic to anyone in the Seattle area!
