We first used Airganic duct cleaning services 2 years ago, and then again now because we had a dust-creating kitchen renovation and new heat pump installation since then. Both times, they were very thorough, very efficient and provided excellent information about what they were doing and what they found. Had a great experience with AirGanic team, they installed a Heat pump for ** as part of the Weatherization program for the ***************, they were on time, the crew was very experienced and I could not be more satisfied, highly recommended !
We have been using AirGanic for a few years now, and they are a great company to work with. They come out twice a year to check/tune our system and always does an excellent job. What is great about everyone at AirGanic is they are always happy to answer my questions and work with my schedule. I would recommend them if you need a new HVAC system or if you just need a good tune-up.
I made an appointment for an estimate for an HVAC system install. They called and indicated there needed to be a change in the appointment due to a conflict, which was no problem. I also received multiple texts and emails confirming the appointment. However, when the time came and went for the appointment, no call/ no show. When I called the office, no one answered nor return my voicemail. Not reliable, not recommended.
We ordered a complete air duct cleaning, which includes HVAC sanitation, air quality measurement and furnace inspection as well. Also we ordered water heater inspection. Duct cleaning itself was done fine, but sanitation wasn't done and I have not seen any air quality results. During water heater inspection, the heater was shut off improperly and wasn't turn back on. This company went beyond what i expected! with 2 kids at home i was in shock finding the amount of construction dust the builder left us to breath! so happy with hiring Airganic, clean air is definitely way better!
Hired this guys for duct cleaning and furnace service, the guys showed up on time, very professional and polite. they did all the work and wrote me some tips on how to keep the system safe, will definitely hire again.
This guys did a great job with my Crawl space, were very polite and explained everything that I needed to know to make my decision, I will highly recommend this guys, thank you.
