The tech was super nice and explained every step he took to fix it. The house was cooling as he left.
Rob was absolutely fantastic. I was home with my sick daughter and he was very quiet inside and out as he did the work. My property company didn’t instantly want to approve the quote to get our a/c going but Rob took the time to speak to the manager to push the approval process so we wouldn’t be stuck without a/c anymore. They finally got the approval and Rob finished the job without any problems! He was incredible with his customer service and prompt with his work!
Rob was great. Very professional and fixed my issue quickly.
