I initially called ****'s HVAC who made an appt & didn't show, then ******* HVAC who never returned my call, and next AireTime who had an answering service that took my info after which the business called me within 15mins. An appt was made & I was called when the tech was on his way out. Although the tech had broken english, he was polite & knowledgeable. After properly diagnosing a broken TX valve I was told I would need to replace the refrigerant (15lbs x $75(r410a which is $4/lb retail) = $1125) when the valve was replac... read more
