Rude and they don’t sell to general public
This is one of the best Aireco I've been too, not sure why the reviews are so low but the guys at this location extremely professional and knowledgeable, Roy at the counter needs a raise. Thanks for being professional and friendly. GREAT STORE!!

Rudeness must be apart of their cooperate training- New to the area and trying to find some parts- totally cool that they don’t sell to the public without an account. Simply asked for a referral to someone who can source Mitsubishi parts (Local HVAC repairman) and the clerk got rude and nasty claiming they can’t give out information since I don’t have an account!! I tried to rephrase as it seems they didn’t understand and they just got ruder! Then hung up!
