Rudeness must be apart of their cooperate training- New to the area and trying to find some parts- totally cool that they don’t sell to the public without an account. Simply asked for a referral to someone who can source Mitsubishi parts (Local HVAC repairman) and the clerk got rude and nasty claiming they can’t give out information since I don’t have an account!! I tried to rephrase as it seems they didn’t understand and they just got ruder! Then hung up!
Working in the HVAC Field and servicing all the surrounding area's having a supply house local that you can depend on is a major benefit to providing customers with the best service possible. Aireco Supply White Plains has been that company! I know when I call Deon he is on top of it and will get the job done in a timely manner and even keep you up to date with any changes. Great job!
