PLEASE READ THE AIRE SERVE BILLING STATEMENT. ( they state they can’t find me in their system and that’s because this isn’t my full name ) They admit having the first tech make a huge mistake which was add 3lb of the WRONG refrigerant to our system which simply had a small leak. He put way too much of the wrong refrigerant in our system and you can Google for yourself if you don’t know what that does. This Company cost us a whole system replacement and sent a tech that mis diagnosed our system and put 3lbs of the WRONG refri... read more
The installers were courteous and knowledgeable and answered all questions. The office staff was courteous and the AireServ team went out of their way to get my unit replaced before my son left for the military and I cannot express my appreciation enough. Thank you so much.
