This review is about service after the sale, not the equipment itself. On 07/25/26 my wife and I were rudely awakened by water dripping from our bedroom wall. The AC main drain had become clogged, causing water into the emergency drain pan. The PVC drainpipe was not connected at an elbow and allowed water into the attic, causing damage to the walls and window casing in the master bedroom. Been was amazing. Very thorough and efficient . He explained the problem amd the steps to move forward. His customer service is top notch.
I recently just purchased a new home and this AC company installed it. My daughter‘s bedroom was cold and blowing extremely. I called the office and explained to the nice lady what was going on she was very intentive and sent somebody out right away to look at it. We got a resolve at Reasonable Price. The technicians was very thorough in his work and explained everything with pictures and documents.
