I feel like I was totally taken advantage of. I have used Aire SERV for many years and have referred you to 3 different people. I had a small issue , your guy was at my place for 25 minutes and 15 of those 25 he watched the unit to see if it would continue to run well , which it did. He added a part that was precautionary after it ran good for 15 mins. He noticed the competitor was a wire off and corrected that in 20 seconds and you give me. $550 bill. Guy fixed many things. 740$ later Im no better off. Did not call back with the estimate to fix the problem. As requested. The 4 lbs of coolant that I was told I needed, at 450$. Turned out to be 2 lbs at 160 with another company. Good place to pay stupid tax.
Technician Ben is always courteous and always explains repairs needed.
