We have been using Aire serve for several years. Always prompt, reasonably priced and courteous.
Couldn't be happier! I just ret'd home from vacation last night to find my AC wasn't working. It was 93 degrees inside my house, and after 7 pm on a Sunday, but was so happy to find their website lets you make an appt online! The technician was here at 8:30 this morning! He fixed everything and it feels wonderful already. I'm really impressed. Would highly recommend!!
While the techs were great, the lack of communication with the office and coverage was extremely disappointing. We have had several positive experiences with Aire Serv but recently had a warranty job on our unit that is only 8 months old. The evaporator coil failed and leaked out the refrigerant. I had to call to find out when the parts would be in and no one at any point told us that we would have to pay for refrigerant. We were told the job would be covered 100% under warranty.
