I had TJ out to find out what the issue was with my A/C unit. He was very professional and explained everything to the point where I could actually understand. He knew what I was looking for as far as cost wise without me having to explain myself a million times. Very satisfied with the service. If I need other work done I will be requesting for TJ. Highly recommend.
Randy is a great tech. He explained everything about this repairs. He also installed a new thermostat. He make sure we knew how to operate and control the new device. I will always ask for him
TJ Barnes had installed the new thing - Sensors for the furnace and A/C system. He was very informative. He has to remember to turn off the lights after he uses them so I do have to turn them off later. He did a great job.
