During separate scheduled inspections i was told my furnace needed a new heat exchanger. On the last visit i requested a quote for a new heat exchanger and they proceded to quote me a new furnace. Had a different service provider come and remove the supposedly bad heat exchanger and it was in perfect condition.
Amber is amazing, friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! Answered questions and explained everything to us. Having this has given me such a relief.
Grant Taylor did an excellent job and answered my questions about the system (previously wired wrong). The new thermostat works GREAT!
