UPDATE: 11/2025 - I had my fall furnace tune up yesterday and David Lockwood was my technician. David was very professional, was very kind and explained thoroughly the extra service that he was recommending. I really appreciated this and understanding its need, will be going ahead with the service. David's experience bumps my review up to 5 stars. Previous review: I've found aire Serv to be satisfactory. I had a terrible experience with this company. The owner, Brian, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to a miscommunication between my home warranty company and his business — something that was completely out of my control — he threatened to take me to court instead of calmly resolving the issue.
