Central Air Conditioner was working fine in the morning on a Friday. Came home around 2 and it was hot in the house and after investigating I saw that my compressor wasn't turning on. Called Air Serv and was expecting to get an appointment for next week. I was pleasantly surprised when the said someone could be out there in a couple of hours. They called when he was on his way and sent a picture of the tech so I could recognize him. His name is Art and he was able to diagnose and get my A/C running again in about a half hour... read more
David L did very thorough inspection. Explained what he did and why, ie, how things are supposed to work. Showed us instrument readings and how our system was working vs system design parameters. We'll be asking for David this time next year..(also very professional interaction with customer). He knows his stuff.
Their service is exceptional. I had a technician to service my unit in less than 4 hours.
