Overall I am very pleased with the installation. The installers showed up right on time, laid tarps and worked non-stop. While I did give them 5 stars, one significant error was made. After installation was nearly complete, I arrived and immediately saw the wrong unit had been installed. (Not the fault of the installers. Not sure how they were given the wrong unit.) They came out and repaired the issue, and when there was a hiccup in the original repair they came out right away to rectify it.
