The aireserv crew that showed up today to replace my fuel furnace for a natural gas system plus a new central AC unit were great! They were knowledgeable and personable! They were in and out in no time! Cleaned up like they were never here!Great experience!
Repairman was officiant, found one of the wires disconnected, this is couple years old system, Aire Serv installed, wire nut wasn't tight properly and got loose, this shouldn't happen. I end up paying for repair, cause of installer not performing as should.
Joe was a true professional walked me through the process and explained how it all works. When he was finished cleaned up and wiped down were he installed the new thermostat. Thanks again for all your hard work!
