The owner is very dishonest because no "home comfort designer" was sent to my home and no one suggested changing any duct work. The salesman said the duct work would be fine and it work fine with my former 3 ton unit. Aire Serv do not stand behind their warranties there beware if you do business with them We absolutely stood by our warranty. Air-Serv has the worst customer service of any HVAC company our family has come across and wish we had read reviews first before hiring Air-Serv to replace our home heater. When you call to express workmanship concerns they shift blame to the customer. The workers all appear very young, are poorly trained and installed our home heater equipment parts incorrectly. Over priced, bad customer service and tampered with equipment! Fraudulent company.This company sent a tech out to our house to check out to check the system. It was just supposed to be a system diagnoses because our home wouldn't cool down on extremely hot days. Not only did the tech try to overcharge us for services but the system completely failed after he left. Would use them again! Charged me only $283.00 for an onsite call. He had the part (about $20) in the van and it was installed in no time! The knowledge and experience that the highly trained technician used, allowed him to install it in about 5 minutes. There should be a law against service this good.

I purchased my AC unit from Aire Serv ten years ago, and have had them maintain the unit ever since. I've been consistently happy with their service. Yesterday I had them clean the ducts in my home, a service they started offering in the past couple of years. The technician who showed up explained the process to me, took care to cover areas of my flooring with tarp, and cleaned up afterward. I was quoted a $89.00 charge on Friday and on Monday the charge was up to 444.00 and was told furnace was not under warranty, whereby I only authorized the 89.00 charge but they tacked on the additional charge.

This call is for a unit that we installed in 2016. The call was initiated on Friday 03/04/22 and was ran on Saturday 03/05/22. The customer was informed, when calling in, that we have an $89 diagnostic fee, once the diagnosis is complete the technician will quote the repair. If the customer decides not to do the repair the charge is just $89 for the trip and the diagnosis. If the customer chooses to do the repair the $89 diagnostic fee is waived. Most Unprofessional!!I Had AirServ out to replace my heat pump in August. Close to $10,000 in work. Multiple days their serce techs were at my house until midnight. I even fed their techs dinner. They could not get the unit to work correctly. They even kept telling me it was because of the thermostat. There were a multitude of errors as they cut corners.
