We received an email with a picture of our technician before he arrived. Travis provided great service, checked out our furnace and a/c unit and had everything working great in a short amount of time! He clearly explained our invoice and we felt it was a very fair price!
They've done a great job installing the air purification system and humidifier in my home. Their electronic communication informing us who will be coming with a picture of the technition provided us with great comfort knowing the care they put into not only their safety, but also ours.
They have the right people from their CSRs who answer the phone to the techs who will thoroughly diagnose and fix it right. Aire Serv of Mid Michigan is worth a call.
