called in on 10 feb. both the 855 number and the 321 number. got a crappy AI who said they do not service zip 32940. That is Melbourne fl. Less than 10 minute drive to my house from drop pin.
Did not resolve the issue. Problem remains unchanged. Waste of time and money and effort.
Very very very poor service. Being told all sorts of BS. Schedule appointments and maybe they show up. Came out and recharged Freon $1100 but never cleaned out a/c drain. Made another appointment and a no show. Stay away. Also being charged a monthly service and for what….
Hello, citizens of Brevard, my name is Johnny Rodriguez of Palm Bay. I purchased a HVAC system ( Pinnacle brand series 18 seer) on 07/24/16 from Aire Serv. Aire Serv claimed it was their very best. At the time, it was a very high priced unit , costing me $7,683.98 dollars. To my surprise, what a huge disappointment and I regret dealing with Aire Serv.
