My new HVAC was installed by AirServ of Lorton in November 2019. The experience was good, and I joined their "preferred customer" plan, paying a monthly subscription fee, when the initial labor warranty expired in November 2021. After that if I wanted my twice yearly checks and maintenance, I had to initiate instead of them being proactive. This worked exactly once, when they came in spring 2022 for the A/C check. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I chose Aire Serv of Lorton in Stafford VA due to the rating and some of the reviews. Sadly to my experience Aire Serv is one of the worst companies I have dealt with and I spent roughly 20k to install new units. I have been calling them weekly for two months without a response to inspect my heating unit since the backup aux heat keeps coming on.
