Amazing service. Honest, timely and thorough! We have been customers for several years and have found in Houston’s brutal climate, you need the best professionals when dealing with AC and heating. Update today my AC was not working. I placed a call in and talked to Kelsey and she was fantastic. Promised me someone would be out this Verry day to take care of me a couple hours later. I received a text saying that Korey was on the way he arrived promptly and was excellent. Was able to take care of our issue in a very short amount of time was very understanding about my mom and her dementia. Excellent experience every single time. Very good experience! Our A/C started leaking and pouring water through the ceiling, so I called and was able to get an appointment scheduled for first thing Sunday morning. Jack Black came out and was great! He was extremely helpful, professional, and explained everything in a simple, easy-to-understand way. I really appreciated the quick service and would definitely recommend them!
