I came home from a week’s vacation to find my home a bit warmer than usual. I had my system checked out a couple weeks prior and was told then that my condenser cooling fans were shot and required replacement. The tech that came out was Jeff B and he was great. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. Could not be happier with him. Please get rid of the AI auto customer/answering machine and get back to a real person. Only leaving a 5 star because of the Tech.”
