Great response for a service tech to troubleshoot our system..poor manipulative sales practice of requiring a dedicated “sales” person to conduct an in-person meeting to go over options for repair. They then ask multiple questions that are manipulative in nature before revealing a quote cost to provide the service.

Steve came out to the house and topped our refrigerant levels off and got one AC working. He then had to turn around and come back the next day on the next AC.he was amazing - he was educational and worked with us to figure out the best price for what we needed. Can't recommend him enough!

Our air conditioner broke down on Saturday, and Steve Bowie came on Sunday. He was very professional, explained everything using videos, and after about 15 minutes of repairs, the AC was running again. He also checked other things and gave us advice on how to avoid wasting electricity during the hot season.
