Overcharged: I was charged for 2 hours and 45 minutes of work at $188 per hour ($542). The the guy was at my home for 2 hours and 45 minutes but he sat in the truck and looked at his phone for 15-20 minutes, was on his phone for much of the job and did everything at the slowest pace possible. He fixed a blocked drain hose by blowing in it and insulated pipes. It should have taken less than 2 hours. I called to discuss the $542 bill and someone was going to call me back but never did.
