Roger Pounder, the technician who did a checkup and preparation for winter on the furnace under work order no. 63890451 on Oct 26, 2023, did an excellent, thorough job and also took the time to show me a repair that should be done soon, including photos of the area of the furnace that needed repair.
Great service! The technician was very punctual and friendly. They properly fixed our furnace -while keeping us in the loop- and we now have heat again. I highly recommend this company for anyone with furnace issues.
